COVID-19 Policies
COVID-19 has rocked all of our worlds since 2020. We are all tired of it, but we need to practice smart and safe measures to allow us to still live our lives in the context of this global pandemic.
At the local level, businesses and individuals have been encouraged to follow health and safety precautions outlined by BC's Provincial Health Officer, Bonnie Henry, nationally by Health Canada, and internationally, the World Health Organization to reduce the potential for transmission.
At Camp Moose Trail, we are committed to the health and well-being of our guests and staff, as well as that of the public at large. As a result, we have instituted the following protocols:
-
Employee wellness checks will be conducted at the start of each shift
-
Guest wellness checks and screening will be conducted at check-in as well as taking detailed contact information about all guests and visitors to the camp for contact tracing (if needed).
-
All guests and employees will be required to sanitize hands upon entry and check-in.
-
Hand sanitizer will be conveniently located in areas frequented by guests and staff.
-
Flexible cancellation policy if you are exhibiting signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or any other sickness.
-
Areas that are used by more guests and staff will be frequently sanitized.
We would like to thank you for your understanding, your compliance and your support. We have undertaken these measures with the health and safety of our guests and staff in mind and will continue to act in their interest.
